Key systems that affect you and your projects:
- Internal quality control procedures - including multimedia testing processes, proof reading processes and sign off systems.
- Account management processes - including regular reporting, accurate scheduling and budgeting systems.
- Timesheet and budget analysis - we can provide you with monthly breakdowns of all personnel hours spent on your projects.
- Feedback systems - we ask you for feedback at least twice per project - once when we've got things underway, and again on delivery. We respond to your feedback and work to improve our service.
- Quantitative and qualitative research procedures - we test ideas and concepts with key customer groups, use expert panels for content approval and measure the effectiveness of all projects by including assessment and measuring tools.
