You will quickly gain experience in all aspects of healthcare communications and will from the outset be given a significant level of responsibility. As the role is part media production and part client partnership, you will be involved in creative brainstorms, research, day-to-day project management, client meetings, and business development. There is flexibility as to your progression within the company, and we encourage our talent to actively influence the direction in which their role develops. We prefer to promote from within and exceptional candidates can expect to be promoted to Account Manager within a year to 18 months and to be running their own accounts.
All applicants should have exceptional educational credentials, and be on-track for, or in possession of, a minimum 2.1 degree. An academic background in a scientific discipline is desirable, though not essential. The ideal candidate will have the charisma, creativity and people skills to make your mark both internally and with clients.

You will be given experience of all sides of the healthcare communications business, including the production, research, writing and editorial departments. You will quickly provide an important role in the delivery of creative projects. Key responsibilities will involve keeping up to date with developments in key pharmaceutical and medical journals, compiling background research on disease and therapy areas for proposals and projects, developing project outlines, contributing to content development for new projects, and copy writing for a variety of materials and audiences.
